2.內外部溝通與協調,協調業主、設計單位、監造單位及施工團隊相關事宜,確保團隊落實品質管理和工程進度。
3..編制品質相關文件、品質檢驗報告、測試報告、品質計畫書等。管理施工品質記錄,確保所有文件符合法規與稽核要求。
4.工地安全管理,符合公司3個絕對。

日常工作內容
1工地安全管理,施工進度管理。
2.資源(人力、物資、設備等)配置,確保任務資源需求,在資源有限的情況下進行合理的調配,防止浪費。。
3.根據工作任務的邏輯順序和前後關係進行進度排序,並規劃合理的執行順序。
4.設定關鍵的里程碑時間節點(如設計完成、階段性測試、交付等),監控專案進度各項里程碑。
6.預測可能期程的風險,應對策略。
