Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Act as the primary intake point for technical SAP service requests within the CoE (Center of Expertise)

  • Qualify and prioritize incoming requests, coordinating with business stakeholders and technical consultants.

  • Dispatch tickets and tasks to the appropriate SAP expert based on domain knowledge and workload.

  • Monitor ticket lifecycle, ensuring SLAs are met and escalations are handled promptly.

  • Maintain a clear and structured communication channel between business departments and SAP consultants.

  • Provide basic triage and guidance when requests are ambiguous or span multiple domains.

  • Support reporting and dashboarding of workload and performance metrics.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the dispatch process, proposing automation or optimization where feasible.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Broad technical knowledge across SAP domains: SAP GRC, NetWeaver, ABAP, BASIS, SSO, SAP Business Connector, printing solutions (Kofax, IXOS), SAP workflows.

  • Solid understanding of SAP system architecture and integration concepts.

  • Familiarity with technical project management and support operations in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

  • Experience working in large-scale, multi-technology SAP environments (cloud and on-premise).

  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to interpret and triage complex technical requests accurately.

  • Minimum 7+ years of SAP-related experience, preferably in cross-functional coordination or support roles.
