Job Description

  • We are looking talent for our Mariscala Plant for the position of:

    Administrative Assistant

    Administrative position

    Start date: as soon as possible.

    Location: Mariscala Planta, Apaseo el Grande

    Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours

    Profile: College recently graduated or Technical background (any major).

    Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office package and previous experience working as Executive Assistant (preferred).

    Responsible for providing administrative, technical, and project management support to a Senior Executive and their leadership team. Serves as a strategic business partner - trusted confidante, liaison, and executive stand-in - providing guidance and input regarding company and business affairs. Builds and maintains relationships crucial to the success of the Executive and the organization, and represents the Company and the Executive’s office to the organization as well as external visitors. Should be well-versed in office management, technical tools and software applications, and coordinating travel and global business meetings. Must be professional and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

    As Executive Assistant you will:

    • Purchase orders creation for area, following the internal control policies.

    • Workday management, deliver on time organization changes for Team.

    • Administrative support for Sales Leader.

    • Managing agenda

    • Process management

    • Create the expenses report for each function leader on demand.

    • Generate expense reports for Leader.

    • Coordinate the logistics for business travels for Sales Leader. (Book the airtickets, make hotel reservations,etc)

Job Qualifications

  • Live in Querétaro or Celaya and available to working in Mariscala Plant, Apaseo el Grande.

  • Proven ability of intermediate English (written and spoken)

  • College graduated (any major) 

  • Maximum 3 years of experience

  • Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking

  • Clear ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package

  • Demonstrates leadership and ownership of situations through examples in previous work experiences.

  • Must collaborate within teams and demonstrate operational discipline.
