COMPENSATION

$28.00 - $35.00

POSITION SUMMARY

The Products and Services Coordinator is responsible for data queries and analysis to assist in identifying sales trends and development opportunities. Collaborates, maintains, and organizes the mortuary and cemetery custom product workflows. This position provides support when needed to other areas within the department.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with Advance Planning and Operation divisions.
  • Coordinate property embellishment and custom mortuary products orders to ensure on time delivery.
  • Produce Salesforce reports, working with Product and Services team to gather requirements for the development, maintenance and production of standard and custom reports and queries.
  • Maintain all versions of the General Price Lists and Commodity Book. 
  • Collect and maintains local competitor pricing database.
  • Strategic and Operational Support for Products and Services team.
  • Provide project support for initiatives within department
  • Consistently add/delete/maintain product information in NetSuite.
  • Assist with bi/annual product price changes
  • Coordinate department routings
  • Partner with Vice President to identify process improvements for intradepartmental and interdepartmental workflow.
  • Back-up support for Customer Support Specialist

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid CA Drivers License
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./ B.S.) from four-year college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and database systems, such as NetSuite preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly proficient working with Microsoft Excel’s pivot tables and database management.
  • Attain proficiency in systems such as HMIS, JIRA, and WordPress
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends as required
  • Must have an analytical mindset
  • Able to successfully manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable taking leadership roles

DRUG TESTING POLICY
