About the opportunity:

As a Clinical Manager you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent’s Care Services Maroochydore.

St Vincent’s Care Services Maroochydore is a modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service located in a master-planned community precinct on Queensland’s famed Sunshine Coast. 

Maroochydore is located in the heart of the Sunshine Coast, which is ideally located within walking distance of restaurants and boutiques along Duporth Avenue, the Sunshine Plaza shopping centre, the Maroochy RSL, Maroochydore Rotary Park, and the Maroochy River.

The master-planned community precinct includes St Vincent’s Care Services Maroochydore, Stella Maris Catholic Church, an Activity Centre and a café with alfresco dining

Things that work for us:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility, fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice
  • Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process
  • Demonstrated collaborative leadership style
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan
  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
  • National Police Certificate (within the last 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
