What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking a dynamic Lease Executive to join our Work Dynamics team, providing comprehensive transaction management for properties for one of our well-esteemed client’s retail portfolios. This role offers an exciting opportunity to negotiate and oversee lease document execution while managing key stakeholder relationships.

This position is based in Brisbane CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate retail lease transactions, including renewals, relocations, and refurbishments
  • Drive favourable rental outcomes within market levels for optimal portfolio performance
  • Manage critical lease dates and ensure all event deadlines are met
  • Develop and implement strategic leasing policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate lease databases and provide regular performance reporting
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail landlords and developers
  • Serve as primary contact for lease queries and disputes
  • Collaborate with Lease Administration teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor CPI and fixed rent reviews

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 1-2 years of retail or commercial leasing experience
  • Current State Real Estate License/Sub-Agents Licence  
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred (Property or Legal)
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and contract interpretation abilities
  • High attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with strong financial acumen
  • Excellent client service and communication skills
