What would you do? Team specifies in handling complex adjustments and corrections within retirement accounts. Responsible for individual-level adjustments due to institutional, individual, or client errors. This includes lost earnings calculations, complex refunds, distribution and loan corrections, and fund adjustments.
You would be part of Retirement services team, Experience in the US retirement industry specifically 401k , 403B, Moneyout, Lumpsum, Defined contribution, Client Service Management, Plan document, Plan Implementation
Process of inputting, updating, or managing information in various digital formats. This includes tasks such as typing data into spreadsheets or databases, verifying accuracy, and ensuring that information is organized and accessible. Data entry services are often outsourced to specialized providers for efficiency and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
What are we looking for? • Perform complex calculations for refund and BULK transactions.
• Posting transactions in OMNI of the investments made by participants.
• Meeting the client deadlines through year end cycles for distributions and BULK transfers.
• Analyze participant and plan-level data to ensure correct contributions, limits, and adjustments
• Evaluate complex calculations and make changes according to client requirements.
• Handling RMDs and related calculations.
• Meet service level targets
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Graduate in commerce preferred
• Added advantage if knowledge in OMNI application for creating and posting of the transactions.
• Flexible working in US Shifts (Across time zones based on business requirement) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of retirement plan regulations (IRS, ERISA, DOL) and industry standards.
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines
• Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor
• You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
• The decisions that you make would impact your own work
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
