We are seeking a Senior/Lead ServiceNow Developer with architectural experience on the platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), including implementing customer-facing service portals, and hands-on knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and best practices for improvement. Experience with IT Operations Management (Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery) and IT Asset Management (hardware and software) is essential. Familiarity with agile development, particularly in 2-week sprint cycles, and a solid understanding of extending the ServiceNow platform with NextGen AI tools is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive application software development services and/or technical support on moderately complex projects and initiatives
• Analyzes, modifies and may develop program logic for existing applications, programs and enhancements
• Competent to work at the highest technical level of some phases of applications programming activities
• Regarded as technical expert within discipline
• Anticipates business and regulatory challenges to proactively assess impact to work performed
• Recommends improvements to product, process or service

Education
