Description

As a Quality Technician at Caterpillar Inc. you will perform quality control and/or technical support for all functional departments. * Performs a variety of inspection functions on incoming material

• To check product incoming and internal part by dimension, visual and NDT
• ตรวจสอบชิ้นงานที่รับเข้าและงานที่มีปัญหาจากฝ่ายผลิต ทั้งการวัดระยะ dimension ตรวจสอบด้วยสายตา และ NDT
• Prepare report quality result to Supervisor
• จัดทำรายงานพื้นฐานต่างๆ ด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา
• Able to solve assembly issues within the cell by working with cross functional team leaders
• แก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นในงาน และหรือทำงานร่วมกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อหาทางป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา
• Responsible for Controlling and eliminating defects within the cell and adhere to standard work
• รับผิดชอบดูแลให้การปฏิบัติงานเป็นไปตาม Standard Work และหาแนวทางป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาซ้ำ
• Perform other additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆตามที่หัวหน้างานมอบหมาย

Basic Qualifications

• Vocation level up in any filed.
• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• Caterpillar Thailand payroll regular full-time/regular part-time employees
• เป็นพนักงานประจำหรือพนักงานสัญญาจ้างชั่วคราว ของบริษัทแคทเธอร์พิลลาร์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Top Candidates will also have

• Read prints and measure incoming parts to check conformance to print
• สามารถตรวจเช็คชิ้นงาน(Incoming part) ตามแบบที่กำหนด
• Includes simple plate inspection functions such as checking for flatness, squareness, parallelism etc;
• สามารถตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนพื้นฐาน เช่น ความเรียบ เหลี่ยมและขนาดของชิ้นงาน
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and/or electronic schematics diagrams
• สามารถอ่านแบบด้ารวิศวกรรมและอิเล็กทรานิกส์ได้
• Working knowledge of inspection tools including, micrometers and various gages
• มีความรู้ความสามารถในการใช้เครื่องมือในการตรวสอบคุณภาพต่างๆ เช่น ไมโครมิเตอร์ เป็นต้น
• Strong customer focus
• มีความชำนาญในการติดต่อประสานงานกับลูกค้า
• Previous experience in quality control or manufacturing
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานตรวจสอบคุณภาพในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม

Additional Information

Shift: 2nd - Full Time

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 am. – 04:30 pm.

Work location: Caterpillar (Thailand) Ltd. WHA Industrial Rayong Land., T.Nonglalok, A.Bankhai, Rayong
