About the Role
Responsible for managing employees' inquiries by giving advice, guidance or solutions, developing HR communication channels and enhancing HR automation capabilities and data insights.- Manage and handle employees' inquiries through case management, phone, F2F, etc.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on standard policy matters
- Enhance HR platform, automation capabilities using content management portal, improve knowledge articles
- Identify process and operation improvement opportunities in related HR areas
- Review, monitor and identify the development gaps in continuously improving HR services for better employee experience purpose.
- Provide the advice to various stakeholders for HR data utilization, dashboard and data insights
