About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the office (located in Victoria Parade, East Melbourne) of a unique statewide program that deals with the medical side of mass casualty events in Victoria. You will in this position assist the Office Manager of the Program in all varied duties – budget, accounts payable, organisation of Continuing Professional Development Day/s and secretarial/administrative-type tasks. We are looking for an all-rounder interested in a stable 19-hour-per-week position.
Classifications for this position will range from HS1 - HS17 ($58,442 - $64,610 per annum pro rata)
About the Field Emergency Medical Officer (FEMO) Program
The FEMO Program has been in operation under various names (e.g. Medical Displan) for many decades. The FEMO Program provides advanced medical and clinical advice to ambulance services. There are currently eight Metropolitan Field Emergency Medical Officers (FEMOs) and a network of approx. 20-30 Regional/Rural FEMOs across Victoria - available to be called on as and when required in relation to mass casualty events.
