What's the Job about:

To provide professional and efficient property management services to assigned commercial/residential portfolios in Hong Kong, ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and operational compliance in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including tenant liaison, service coordination, and facility oversight.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and building staff for maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
  • Prepare and monitor service charge budgets, expense reports, and financial reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant Hong Kong regulations, including the Building Management Ordinance and fire safety requirements.
  • Organize and attend owners’ meetings, prepare minutes, and implement resolutions as directed.
  • Maintain accurate property records, lease documentation, and correspondence using property management systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and produce condition reports.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

  • Education: Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, Real Estate, Facility Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property or facility management in Hong Kong.
  • Licenses: Holder of a Property Management Practitioner (PMP) License (Tier 2) under the Property Management Services Authority (PMSA) is an advantage.
  • Language: Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with property management software is beneficial.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
    • Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with regular site visits across Hong Kong.
  • May require occasional overtime or weekend work to support property operations or emergency situations.
