As Learning Delivery Manager within our Global Learning Services team, you'll lead the regional Learning Delivery Management team based out of the Budapest Hub, overseeing end-to-end program deployment across all assigned countries and learning institutes. You'll drive delivery excellence, coach and develop your team, manage vendor relationships, and play a key role in transforming how learning is delivered across the International region.
The Learning Delivery Management team is part of the Global Learning Services function within the Budapest Hub, operating on a regional and international scale. The team is responsible for the full lifecycle of learning program deployment — from scheduling and logistics coordination to systems administration and continuous process improvement. Covering all assigned countries and learning institutes, the team works in close partnership with Learning Business Partners, regional learning leaders, and learning process outsourcing vendors to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery of Instructor-Led and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (ILT & VILT) programs. The team is on a transformation journey, harmonizing delivery operations towards a centralized, globally aligned Learning Delivery Operating Model.

Lead & Manage the Regional Team of 6– Oversee the Learning Delivery Management team based in the Budapest Hub, coaching and developing team members to ensure successful rollout of the LDM Target Operating Model
End-to-End Program Deployment – Manage all aspects of VILT & ILT session scheduling and logistics, including learning administration, instructor coordination, iLearn session creation, communications, visa support, and contract order-to-pay processes
Stakeholder Relationship Management – Maintain effective partnerships with regional learning leaders, Learning Business Partners, and program owners to support delivery consultation, calendaring, and service requisitions
Systems & Administrative Management – Handle local systems administration approvals including eBuy, eVMF, service contracts, tax, shipments, and monitor Purchase Orders using finance and procurement reports
Vendor & Outsourcing Management – Manage learning process outsourcing vendors and extended learning coordinators, including scope of work definition, resource management, process mapping, and service delivery system setup
Operational Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement – Manage Tier 1 & Tier 2 operational issues, identifying short- to long-term solutions and driving continuous delivery process improvement aligned to global standards
Reporting & Audit Compliance – Produce mandatory local reporting, handle audit enquiries related to delivery aspects, and partner with vendors to provide learning data for audit exercises
Operating Model Transition & Harmonization – Support integration plans to centralize learning delivery operations, harmonize program delivery for pilot countries, and align with the global framework across assigned regions
Proven experience in learning delivery management or learning operations, ideally in a large, multinational organization
Experience leading and developing a team in a regional or hub-based environment
Background in end-to-end program deployment, including both virtual and in-person training logistics
Experience managing vendors and external learning coordinators
Familiarity with audit processes and compliance requirements in a learning context
Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team
Proficient in learning management systems, particularly iLearn (Cornerstone)
Familiar with procurement and finance tools such as eBuy, eVMF, and PO management
Experience with Service Delivery Management portals and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions
Analytical mindset with the ability to produce and interpret data reports
Continuous improvement orientation with experience in process harmonization and transformation initiatives
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or equivalent experience
Fluency in English (minimum B2–C1) is required; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage

The salary range for this position is :Ft10 944 000,00 - Ft14 592 000Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
