About the Role:

The Team:

Professional Services team for Regulatory and Compliance is a global team of knowledgeable and enthusiastic consultants with a wide range of skills and capabilities. We offer Implementation and Advisory and Expert Services to S&P Regulatory and Compliance customers.

Implementation: We manage, execute, deliver, or support both the initial and add-on implementations of CLM Pro, Onboarding Accelerator, and KYC. We use our extensive project experience to help establish our customers and what their target operating model is and define suitable solution workflows to support it. This allows us to add value at every step of the organizational transformation. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system performance or new business requirements; and doing health checks of the system configuration. Every year, this allows us to deliver hundreds of successful client engagements spanning multiple segments and industry verticals.

Advisory and Expert Services: Help customers maximize the benefits of the existing solution through thorough understanding of the full set of client’s business goals and helping the customer to achieve those goals with configuration changes, reporting, platform management. We look at the business processes the solution supports; considering areas of focus related to system usage or new business requirements. Resulting recommendations, based on industry best practices, can be implemented by customers themselves, or PS team can deliver them into customer operational environments.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Defining the offering and associated models of delivery for the Advisory and Expert services business
  • Identify talent and build team to support S&P customer engagements
  • Become highly skilled in the Counterparty Manager suite of solutions such as Request for Amendment, Onboarding Accelerator, CLM Pro, and KYC.
  • Communicating with clients on a regular basis throughout engagement lifecycle.
  • Providing support to Sales and Commercial stakeholders in assessment of opportunities.
  • Maintaining good client relationships and building credibility.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Financial Industry with particular knowledge of operations and onboarding.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management and leadership
  • Detail-oriented and a thorough problem-solver
  • Organized and diligent with excellent time management
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comfortable working in team environments and interacting with stakeholders at all levels of our business
  • Proactive and history of demonstrating initiative
  • Process management and improvement experience
  • KYC industry knowledge or experience

Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $89,107 - $195,500. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
