Not RequiredCollins Aerospace Commercial Seating & Furniture (CS&F) is currently seeking a highly self-motivated and experienced onsite Manager, Contracts demonstrating leadership qualities to join our team working in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
What You Will Do:
Maintain and organize Contracts artifacts in accordance with Collins policies and procedures.
Draft, interpret and manage contract documents, including terms, in support of the Contracts function and the CS&F business.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Adhere and guide team with Import / Export Compliance Requirements.
Lead coordination with the customer program team on contract interpretations and strategies.
Take a lead role in the the redlines, summaries and mid-complexity negotiation of terms and conditions of customer agreements (various contract types) and CS&F template agreements.
Adhere to and comply with standard work processes.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Participate in internal and external customer meetings and reviews.
Disseminate (flowdown) Customer contractual requirements within the organization.
Liaison role between internal and external customers.
Be a part of the proposal process and communicate risk impacts to the business.
Manage a broad landscape of customers and programs.
Travel up to 10%
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
Project experience in contracts, procurement, supply chain, accounting, legal settings or related discipline
Qualification We Prefer:
Contracts or Supply Chain experience
International contracts experience
Strong communication skills
Aerospace industry experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
