Join Micron as a Senior Reliability Lab Process Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions that guarantee the reliability and quality of our brand new memory and storage products. You will work alongside a dedicated team and collaborate with experts worldwide to drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities

• Continuously benchmark reliability lab operation processes with sister sites and implement improvements, including preconditioning, CSAM, TC / Biased and un-Biased HAST, HTSL, HTOL, soaking, and reflow.
• Follow up on reliability test results and report qualification outcomes.
• Update and maintain all documents related to the Reliability Lab.
• Lead 8D activities to address product reliability issues and spearhead quality improvement projects.
• Collaborate with partner teams on projects aimed at improving work efficiency and effectiveness.
• Take accountability for conducting and passing external and internal lab audits.
• Successfully implement other timely tasks as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in reliability engineering within a high-tech industry.
• Strong understanding of reliability testing methods and processes.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and a track record of leading quality improvement projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Ability to strictly adhere to safety and quality standards.
