Nous sommes à la recherche de gestionnaires talentueux qui sont passionnés et reconnus pour donner un excellent service à la clientèle et faire augmenter les ventes qui ont à cœur d’offrir à nos clients une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle qui les enchantera totalement !
À titre de gérant dans un département, votre apport aura une incidence immédiate sur les ventes et la satisfaction de la clientèle, car vous serez appelé à : superviser la production dans le département en s’assurant de la qualité des produits et du respect des standards, organiser le travail des commis selon les besoins opérationnels, s’assurer de l’application de la mise en marché en magasin et effectuer les commandes du rayon, vérifier et contrôler l’inventaire ainsi qu’à appliquer les normes d’hygiène et de salubrité de l’aire de vente ainsi que les politiques et les normes de l’entreprise.
