<title>About the Role</title>
<text>

You'll be embedded in the People Business Partnering team, working directly alongside BPs who support some of Bolt's most critical functions. You'll get hands-on exposure to how a high-growth tech company thinks about people strategy, performance, and organisational effectiveness. Over three months, you'll contribute to real projects with real impact — and leave with a genuine understanding of what it means to be a strategic HR partner in a fast-moving environment.

<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

<bulletpoints>

  • <point>Support People Business Partners on live strategic projects — org design, team effectiveness, change initiatives — not just observe them</point>
  • <point>Play an active role in Bolt's summer performance cycle: helping coordinate the launch, tracking completion, and synthesising data into actionable insights for leaders</point>
  • <point>Contribute to talent reviews and help BPs prepare for leadership conversations on team health, potential, and development</point>
  • <point>Analyse people data to identify trends (engagement, attrition risk, performance distribution) and help turn that into clear recommendations</point>
  • <point>Build and iterate on PBP tools and templates that the team will actually use beyond your internship</point>
  • <point>Run your own scoped project — we'll define this with you in week one based on what's most needed and where you can have the most impact</point>

</bulletpoints>
