DESCRIPTION

How Will You Make an Impact?:

Working as part of Thermo Fisher BioProduction Group, you will be involved in making powders and media used by customers to create life-saving medicines and vaccines.

A Day in the Life:

  • Working as part of a team delivering finished goods in line with Thermo Fisher process and procedures

  • Complete all documentation in line with good documentation practice (GDP)

REQUIREMENTS

Education: (EMEA)

  • High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

  • Preferred: Experience in high volume manufacturing

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety and quality culture, ensuring full compliance with GMP, EHS, and site procedures

  • Ensure all batch records, Device History Records (DHRs), and manufacturing documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards

Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Work within a controlled cleanroom environment supporting bioproduction manufacturing

  • Strict adherence to GMP and ISO quality standards

  • Full compliance with gowning procedures, including hair covers, gloves, masks, and cleanroom garments

  • No jewellery, makeup, nail polish, perfume, or exposed piercings permitted in production areas

  • PPE required (e.g., safety glasses, gloves, lab coat, gowning)

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling (up to 25 lbs / 11 kg)

  • Flexibility to support shift patterns, overtime, and weekend production as required
