As Head of Site Engineering & Maintenance within our Manufacturing & Supply team, you'll be responsible for operating the technical infrastructure and lead the maintenance operations that keep our pharmaceutical manufacturing site running seamlessly and safely. Ready to get started?

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure reliable operation on competitive cost level including line maintenance, utility management, automisation, managing all technical aspects on the site
• Lead capital project initiation, funding decisions, and full lifecycle delivery
• Optimize manufacturing output through reliability engineering and maintenance cost management
• Allocate engineering & maintenance budget across projects and operational needs
• Ensure compliance with GMP, industry and engineering regulations
• Drive process improvements for efficiency, safety, and quality
• Manage external contractors and vendor relationships
• Build and develop Engineering & Project teams

About you:

• Experience: Proven experience in managing complex technical team and project management
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong knowledge in GMP
• Experience in budget management and financial control
• Education: MsC level graduation in Technical Engineering, ideally mechanical engineering
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead with courage, act as a role model, and create an environment where team members feel empowered to take ownership and grow
• Languages: Hungarian and English (fluent)
