Role Overview: The Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting our complex reporting and analytics needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, data models, and reports that provide actionable insights to project leadership. This role will work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. • Connect and transform data from multiple sources (e.g., Smartsheets, Excel, SharePoint, etc.). • Develop and maintain efficient Power BI data models and calculations. • Work with project leadership and SMEs to translate reporting requirements into technical specifications. • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and report usability. • Automate recurring reports and implement scheduled data refreshes. • Support troubleshooting, enhancement, and documentation of existing dashboards. Qualifications: • Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models • Experience in data visualization best practices and user-friendly dashboard design. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Power BI Service administration (workspaces, datasets). • Exposure in Smartsheets is an advantage. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
