What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. General Accounting practices This team is responsible for leading the transformation agenda for our clients by helping them improve finance function performance within the context of their organizations strategies. The team leads growth and mining in existing F&A accounts for industry segments. This team works across Procure to Pay (PTP), Record to Report (RTR), Order to cash (OTC), Finance Processes (FPNA), Tax and Treasury towers to provide best in the class industry view, support existing engagements, diagnostic, due diligence, client co-design workshops, transformation engagement, drive existing client portfolios. The team works on Industry Digital F&A technologies & leading tools, automation, AI, and Analytics.
What are we looking for? The person should have a mindset of a CEO and have below qualities:- a. Business Planning, Solutioning, Transition - Extensive experience of working with Sales/Solutions during key Business & Operating planning for any new scope/transition and drawing implications for smarter decision making by identifying early threats & opportunities around process stabilization to meet client expectations as per original solution/business model. b. Operations - Expertise in managing day to day operations of F&A – PTP, OTC, RTR. E.G - Handled volume and scale of approx. - 25K invoices, 5K vendor master database, >100 Mil USD payments, >5K customer cash applications, >100 reconciliations, >50 Mil worth Accruals, >70 intercompany entity cross charges, >5K T&E claims etc. c. Innovation/Transformation - Demonstrate excellence through flawless delivery by simplifying processes via Standardizations, Analytics, RPAs, Minibots etc. Reduce FTEs and implement leading industry practices for higher productivity and business outcomes. d. Governance and Client Management - Manage client relationship via various Governance forums/onsite meetings - Monthly/Weekly/Daily cadence with key stakeholders across levels for effective change management and align on common Goals/Strategies to ensure smooth operations across Globe – Americas, Europe and AMEA regions for example. e. People Management - Managed performance of large team sizes via multiple Leaders, SMs, AMs and TLs. Ensure high motivation through various employee engagement and R&R program. Mentoring and guiding teams on achieving pre-defined and dynamic Goals/objectives of the company and client. •Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards Candidate should have – Passionate and highly self motivated to performance excellence ? Strong accountability mindset and owns the business outcomes end to end ? Strong collaboration skills ? Ability to engage and build a strong relation with senior client leadership. ? Ability to motivate and lead the team towards the organisations visions and Clients goal ? Ensuring high performing team
