Account Delivery Manager will be responsible for day-to-day delivery operations for an Account(s). Leads our overall client commitments, service levels and incremental growth.

Essential Job Functions:
• Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
• Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals.
• Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
• Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.
• Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.
• Provide regular status updates on account performance.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role
• Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
• Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
• Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
