Position Overview: The Associate Technical Account Advisor will support our clients by providing expert advice on leveraging Blue Yonder’s solutions to meet their business objectives. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their technical needs, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring successful adoption and integration of our products. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving, possess strong communication skills, and have a thorough understanding of supply chain management technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Provide technical support and guidance to clients, helping them implement and optimize Blue Yonder’s solutions.
  • Solution Customization: Work with clients to customize solutions based on their specific needs and industry requirements.
  • Training and Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and effective use of Blue Yonder’s products.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business processes, and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and Blue Yonder’s product development team, providing valuable feedback to help improve our solutions.

Technical Environment:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with supply chain management software and cloud-based platforms
  • Understanding of integration tools and methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or advisory role, preferably within the supply chain management or software industry
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
