Summary: Expertise in Enterprise Network Operations, Routing Protocols, and Network Infrastructure, with proficiency in advanced technologies including Palo Alto SD-WAN, MPLS, F5 Load Balancers, and Meraki systems. Skilled in managing hybrid cloud networks across AWS and Azure platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Implement and manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, F5 load balancers, Meraki, Cisco ISE, AWS, Azure, and Palo Alto SD-WAN - Plan and execute network changes; perform root cause analysis for P1/P2 incidents. - Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless operations. - Ensure all process activities are performed with high quality and compliance standards. - Manage and operate network infrastructure in alignment with service and experience level agreements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Enterprise Network Operations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Design, implement, and optimize routing solutions ensuring efficient and reliable network performance. - Configure and manage routing protocols (Static, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) across diverse network architectures. - Implement and maintain MPLS networks to optimize traffic flow and support VPNs. - Design and manage LAN/WAN/VLAN infrastructure ensuring secure, segmented, and high-performing connectivity. - Administer IP addressing and subnetting (IPv4/IPv6) for scalability and redundancy. - Provide SD-WAN operational support, optimizing connectivity across multiple sites. - Manage and troubleshoot F5 Load Balancers and Meraki solutions (MR, MX, MS) for optimal performance. - Oversee network security with Cisco ISE and manage Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM). - Perform AWS network operations, including VPC creation/deletion, subnet management, load balancer setup, and Route 53 inbound/outbound endpoint configuration. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues ensuring stability, performance, and business continuity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Network Infrastructures & Flexible to work in Shifts. - Should have knowledge of SLAs OLAs and KPI. - A 15 years full time education is required.
