Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.
Must have skills : Infrastructure As Code (IaC)
Good to have skills : AWS Administration
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring the smooth operation of various software products across multiple platforms. You will work closely with team members to address challenges and contribute to the overall efficiency of the systems in place, ensuring that both remote and onsite support is delivered effectively.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps, AWS Administration, Infrastructure Automation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration and Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
