Covenir is seeking an Operations Manager to manage business operations for our Print and Distribution facility in Warner Robbins, Georgia. Covenir is a rapidly growing Business Process Outsourcing company in the Insurance industry. The Print and Distribution operation is a fast-paced and ever-growing business unit housed in a state-of-the-art facility. The Print and Distribution Operations Manager will be responsible for all business operations and facilities management of the operation, including client and vendor relationship management, financial reporting, process optimalization and strategic direction. Job Description:

Full-time position responsible for managing Covenir’s outsourced printing services for its financial services customers. As part of a dynamic leadership team, responsibilities include maintaining a detailed operations knowledge and be able to drive optimal results to support the business. The successful candidate will be a true leader that thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment, will excel at developing and maintaining the needed expertise to support the nuanced requirements of day-to-day print and provide inspired leadership to a strong team. The Operations Manager will make important policy, procedural, staffing and strategic decisions. Works closely with upper management of client companies with a goal of constantly exceeding service expectations. Works side by side with the Technical Development team to ensure necessary infrastructure is in place and able to meet the changing business landscape. Very involved in working with potential clients and providing proposals. Promotes a company culture that encourages employee retention, customer service, accuracy, morale and performance.

Specific job responsibilities:

  • Working with corporate management, team leads, management peers, and staff members to continually optimize the operation to deliver stellar results
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding contractual service level agreements for each of Covenir’s clients
  • Monitor and manage staffing levels and expenses to assure target margins are being delivered
  • Maintain productivity metrics for various team responsibilities and balance with high accuracy and quality
  • Maintain training matrix, oversee cross - training program for staff
  • Oversee all aspects of the Print facility working to maintain the operation at peak levels
  • Oversee management of supplier relationships
  • Maintain all client relationships
  • Problem resolution for escalated client complaints, elevated issues, process recoveries
  • Expense forecasting and reporting responsibilities
  • Identify workflow efficiency and quality improvements, champion changes
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist HR with recruiting, interviewing and elevating employee concerns
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Work with senior stakeholders
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
  • Work closely with other companies within the co-operative
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other departments within the organization
  • Support open and effective employee communication with the management team

Background requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant operations or executive management experience in an insurance company or similar environment required.
  • Proven track record of exceptional dedication to provide friendly, customer-oriented service.
  • Demonstrated communications skills, both orally and in writing, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Must be detail oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, employees, clients.
