Team Description:

As part of the Technology Operations organization, you’ll join a passionate group of technologists addressing complex, enterprise-wide challenges in dynamic, high-impact environment. Whether we’re supporting productions, managing data centers, or ensuring system reliability, our teams provide world-class foundational services to a diverse set of technology stakeholders across the company’s businesses.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support business planning, operations, and analysis tasks in partnership with engineering and program management teams within Technology Operations. This coordinator will consolidate, rationalize, and manage the technology team’s various administrative processes and interactions with other groups. This role sits within the Business Operations team that supports the rest of the Technology Operations organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements, arranging meetings, driving progress, and communicating results

  • Capture, document, and prioritize incoming requests from Technology Operations executives and managers

  • Escalate organizational risks and blockers to Technology Operations leadership

  • Prepare and collate weekly status reports for the Technology Operations organization

  • Coordinate team events and other gatherings

  • Identify areas for process improvement across Technology Operations

  • Lead change management efforts that support adoption of new processes, operating models, and ways of working

  • Document best practices, procedures, and other organization reference information

  • Reinforce the Technology Operations culture of transparency, accountability, and consistency

  • Perform tasks to augment the Business Operations team, including budgetary and operational tasks

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • A proven track record of exceptional delivery of innovative solutions 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience interacting with and presenting to senior executives

  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive and professional manner

  • Strong project management and resource planning experience 

  • Able to multitask in a highly complex, diverse environment

  • Empathetic interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable around technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Digital Production environments and overall digital production support

  • Working knowledge of technical terminology and systems

  • Experience with service management tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Manager)

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Smartsheet, Jira, Agile, Waterfall)

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or comparable fields of study and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $70,300.00 to $96,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
