Your Day to Day  

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you would be working on: 

  • Continuing to build relationships and lead the interface between GoTo and IT VAR partners. 
  • Meeting and exceed bookings quotas with IT VAR partners. 
  • Negotiating contracts and growth plans with IT VAR partners. 
  • Creatively building programs and incentives to build pipeline and upsell/cross-sell additional products. 
  • Providing partner training and enablement. 
  • Building and running demand generation and marketing efforts with resell partner. 
  • Monitoring partner sales and results based on pipeline build, bookings and KPIs. 
  • Using analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a partner relationship. 
  • Analyzing and adjusting sales activities and product mix as needed, based on sales. 
  • Traveling to industry events and partner locations and events for enablement and training. 

What We’re Looking For 

As a Strategic Partner Manager, your background will look like: 

  • 10+ years of partner experience working for an IT VAR or a IT solutions SaaS technology company.  
  • Experience supporting partners selling into the remote support and ITSM space.
  • Experience in IT solutions (IT remote support, RMM, MDM, ITSM, ITAM) is preferred. 
  • Partner management experience with or working for SHI is preferred. 
  • A background working for a SaaS vendor, experience working for the vendors such as TeamViewer, BeyondTrust, Kaseya, Acronis, ConnectWise, etc. ServiceNow, Nexthink is preferred.

Annual OTE [Base + Commissions Target] Range: $221,400.00 - $270,600.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
