Position: Manager, Campaign Management
Location: 221 River Street, Hoboken, NJ 07030
Duties: Manage suppliers’ campaigns and revenues. Responsible for the strategic planning and execution of $50M+ in advertising revenue. Build strategic campaign recommendations based on a deep understanding of the suppliers’ business goals and marketing objectives. Share actionable insights and recommendations to support supplier strategy and drive incremental revenue. Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns. Understand upper funnel and lower funnel campaign tactics. Define metrics and measure success of campaigns using internal analytics. Work with sales to communicate metrics and campaign success to the brand. Demonstrate diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to Walmart Connect’s best practices throughout the full digital campaign life-cycle. Maintain and organize campaign-specific materials in shared document repository. Lead daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns. Responsible for ensuring high quality of campaigns execution working within team Service Level Agreement (SLAS) and making sure processes are being followed. Provide regular insights to the Sales team by detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities. Work with the Measurement and Analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy. Partner with the Optimization team on campaign measurement reporting and insight generation. Manage agency proposal templates and tagging. Partner with the Sales team to formulate proposals. Partner with other teams to traffic campaign tags into all ad technology environments (e.g., onsite, off-site, social media, search). Work with Media Partners to ensure accurate platform implementations. Oversee the campaign Quality Auditing process to ensure accurate campaign implementations, pacing, and performance. Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns. Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and work through troubleshooting and conflict resolution. Complete monthly auditing reports by utilizing internal tools and partnering with Billing Operations to actualize bill/pay systems when applicable. Support monthly campaign billing and ensure accuracy and delivery. Provide frequent communications and updates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding campaigns. Work with sales professionals to develop proposals, provide deal evaluations, revisions, and follow ups. Collaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships. Maintain and manage day-to-day business with clients and identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond original contracted amount. Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients. Deliver on all role specific accountability metrics and goals. This position does not supervise employees.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Analytics, Marketing, Communication, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Analytics, Marketing, Communication, or related area and 2 years of experience in campaign management, business development, market development, or related area.
Skills required: Experience defining metrics and measuring success of campaigns using internal analytics. Experience providing insights based on data by using Google Analytics or Tableau. Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), eCommerce Marketing, and Social Media Marketing. Experience planning, executing, managing. and optimizing Digital Marketing Campaigns. Experience understanding and implementing upper funnel and lower funnel campaign tactics. Experience providing technical guidance on campaign specifications. Experience with troubleshooting or conflict resolution by leveraging knowledge of web languages (HTML) and digital marketing tags. Experience building strategic digital campaign plan based on business goals and marketing objectives. Experience with cost-benefit analysis. Experience processing information by compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, and verifying data. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
