  <title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

• <point>Contributing to the development and implementation of corporate finance initiatives including group capital raising, corporate restructuring, strategic projects and other complex/structured transactions.</point>
• <point>Originating, structuring and executing asset finance transactions for the Rentals vertical, with a particular emphasis on helping support the expansion of Bolt Drive, our car-sharing business in Europe.</point>
• <point>Taking end-to-end ownership of fleet financing transactions as Deal Team Leader, acting as the interface between regional teams, country management, Corporate Finance and relevant stakeholder functions (tax, accounting, legal etc).</point>

  <title>About you:</title>

• <point>At least 5 years of experience in corporate finance and/or asset finance (ideally gained from a deals environment within an advisory firm, investment bank, leasing company or direct lender with a large vehicle financing book).</point>
• <point>A proven track record of originating, structuring and executing finance transactions with a particular focus on the car leasing and/or transportation sectors.</point>
• <point>Strong corporate finance capabilities including solid analytical, modelling and presentation skills.</point>
• <point>Great interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</point>
• <point>High levels of energy and motivation, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</point>
