Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including event management, social media, email, website, and content. This role involves collaborating closely with senior marketing professionals to develop marketing skills and contribute to corporate objectives.

The ideal candidate for this position is an effective communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and be part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• 50% of the time will be dedicated to event execution and related promotional activities
• Provide content management support for technical documentation, social media, and website management, under the guidance of senior team members
• Assist in populating, updating and maintaining web pages
• Manage marketing calendars, track budget, and JIRA ticket management
• Monitor and report on the performance of campaign activities and web analytics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field with 2-4 years of experience
• Event management or project management experience is required
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure
• Willingness to learn in a high-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics tools
