About the Role

As a Technical Integrations Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver technical solutions that enable successful Workday implementations. You’ll serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customers, partners, sales, and internal teams across the full project lifecycle—from pre-sales through post-production.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing integrations between Workday and external systems using modern integration technologies

  • Translating client business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

  • Leading or supporting technical workstreams across requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment

  • Troubleshooting and optimizing integrations to ensure performance and reliability

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical and operational challenges

Contributing to process improvements, documentation, and reusable assets that enhance delivery and enablement

About You

You are a driven, solutions-oriented Technical Consultant who thrives in fast-paced implementation environments. You’re comfortable owning technical challenges, communicating complex concepts clearly, and adapting to shifting priorities. You bring strong analytical thinking, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to execute projects from concept through delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, HR/FINS Tech), or project implementations

  • Experience with integration development, data migration, reporting, or software development

  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Basic Qualifications (Senior)

  • 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, enterprise software implementations (ERP, CRM, HR/FINS Tech), or project implementations

  • Experience with integration development, data migration, reporting, or software development

  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical designs

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

Other Qualifications

  • Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSLT, or EDI

  • Experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Studio)

  • Understanding of the full software implementation lifecycle

  • Self-starter with strong collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
