Join our Global Business Services (GBS) organization in the Philippines, where Finance and Accounting excellence fuels Dexcom’s mission to transform healthcare. As part of a dynamic and high‑impact team, you’ll lead talented finance professionals who support our rapidly growing global operations. This role sits at the heart of a collaborative, innovative, and purpose-driven environment—perfect for someone who thrives on leadership, continuous improvement, and shaping scalable financial capabilities for the future. You will:

  • Drive operational excellence across finance functions, ensuring accurate transactional execution, month‑end closings, reconciliations, and reporting. You interpret complex business issues, apply policy judgment, review and approve critical accounting entries, address audit matters, and identify control gaps with recommended corrective actions.
  • Resolve complex and interpretive finance challenges, navigating intricate reconciliation issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Lead metrics and performance management, analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities, developing KPIs for finance operations, and presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Champion governance and compliance, ensuring adherence to BIR, PEZA, SEC, and DOLE regulations. You will lead internal controls, audit readiness, and risk mitigation efforts, maintaining policies aligned with PH GAAP and US GAAP.
  • Inspire and lead teams, mentoring leaders, accountants, and analysts while partnering closely with local and global business leaders to support strategic planning, operational decision-making, and cross‑functional initiatives.

What makes you successful:

  • You are a seasoned finance leader with at least 10 years of experience managing diverse functional finance groups within a shared services environment for U.S. publicly traded companies, as well as local finance operations.
  • You have strong business acumen and proven leadership experience in a shared services or global operations environment.
  • You have exceptional attention to detail and clear, effective communication skills.
  • You have strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities, enabling you to build trust and alignment across teams, including senior executives and external advisors.
  • You have the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
  • You have experience navigating shifting priorities, including working varying schedules to collaborate effectively with U.S. counterparts.
  • You have SOX experience, with CPA or a Master’s Degree strongly preferred.
  • (Nice to have) Experience in healthcare industries such as medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceuticals.
  • The ability to work in a hybrid environment, with onsite presence as required by management.
