Job Description: 

As the Manufacturing Technician/ Maintenance Staff, you will be able to fix the issue or maintenance of equipment in a specific module, while doing different tasks to improve the performance of tissue - boil. Details are as follows:

1.Follow the standard operation process for safety, quality and 5 S.

2.Collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line equipment adjustment and ensure process optimization.

3. Fix the problem when the devices are damaged or do the maintenance of the machine.

4. Take responsibility to find out and fix for all the Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Control issues.

5. Proposal / implementation of ideas to improve on face: Safety, Quality, Cost and Status of Machines, Equipment

6. Support Team Engineer in activities: install set tools, upgrade and harvest

Là Kỹ thuật viên sản xuất của Intel, các bạn sẽ thực hiện khắc phục sự cố hoặc bảo trì thiết bị trong một mô-đun cụ thể, đồng thời thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác nhau để cải thiện hiệu suất mô-đun. Chi tiết như sau:

1.Thực hiện theo quy trình vận hành tiêu chuẩn về an toàn, chất lượng, và 5S.

2. Thu thập và đánh giá dữ liệu vận hành để tiến hành điều chỉnh thiết bị trực tuyến và đảm bảo tối ưu hóa quy trình.

3. Khắc phục sự cố khi các thiết bị có hỏng hóc hoặc thực hiện bảo trì máy móc.

4. Chịu trách nhiệm phát hiện và khắc phục đối với tất cả các vấn đề về An toàn, Chất lượng, Năng suất, và Kiểm soát của thiết bị.

5. Đề xuất/ triển khai các ý tưởng cải tiến về mặt: An toàn, Chất lượng, Chi phí và Tình trạng của máy móc, thiết bị.

6. Hỗ trợ đội ngũ Kỹ sư trong các hoạt động: lắp đặt đặt công cụ, nâng cấp và thu hoạch.

Qualifications:

• Possess a high school diploma or vocational certificate

• Relevant work experience is a plus

• Able to read and understand basic English

• Pay attention to details and discipline

• Be careful, responsible for work and mission delivered

• There is a team working spirit

• Be willing to work on 12-hour shift.
