The purpose of this position is to handled Projects relative to packaging changes a timely manner, safe and effective. The label Changes Coordinator is the contact person in Mexico when (Minor) label changes (MX) when a change starts the label changes coordinator will be the leader of the change having the following responsibilities. Also, this role is responsible to follow Mayor changes when has been review for Project Lead of Artwork Labeling + MDR.

 

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Start the change process once all the details are given and clarified.
• Properly plan the label changes to meet the required implementation date.
• Coordinate the activities in the label change in accordance with the requirements & information given.
• Responsible for the creation/modification of the packing specifications, assuring that they are always updated and in regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for the address list that shall always be updated.
• Responsible for assigning CCR ID number and evidence of the same in the corresponding folder / drive for Artwork & Labeling Team.
• Participate in Artwork & Labeling Team.
• Participate in approval of artwork and run- in test.
• Supporting in Major Changes activities. Trainings personnel involved.
• Give supporting to create Items, tests in Code Soft System.
• As well as obligated to: Continuous status revision of the open changes. Assure of the proper implementation of the change.
• Verification of the safe implementation.
• Being in continuous communication with the different departments for the proper and timely implementation of the changes.

Label Change coordinator must communicate with:

• Artwork & Labeling Team Global.
• Production.
• Logistics and Supply change.
• Sales & Marketing Global.
• QA/QC/ DK/MX
• Projects support

In addition, the label changes coordinator is also a support position regard to:

• Coordinate and perform special production runs for Labeling.
• Coordinate special testing as part of product when apply for Labeling projects.
• Perform certain activities in the Product's failures root cause investigations.
• SME for CCRs from different team on the organization.

 

Requirements:

• Technical degree.
• 2 years of experience in the material change areas.
• Fluent verbal and written English (required)
• Experience in product labelling
• Use computer software.
