JR64713 Senior / Principal Engineer - NVE PE (Coding)As a Senior / Principal Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be part of the team driving effort to accelerate NAND development learning cycles to achieve best in class cycle time from first silicon to qualified system. You will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers.
You will be engaged in developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying Micron’s next generation 3D NAND memory products to power our customers’ innovation. The future of non-volatile memory and the systems that utilize the advanced technology will continue to be exciting and dynamic. Key Responsibilities :
Reliability Test Coverage - Writing and developing reliability test flows (MAF/pWLRx/ULR) that is being used for device qualification demonstration
Working with Reliability team to ensure all aspects of the product are thoroughly tested and any potential issues are identified and addressed
Innovate new reliability features / solutions to ensure all customer requirements are met.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure full reliability coverage and understand issues that arises from reliability testing
Utilizing in-house statistical tools for engineering data analysis for validation and risk assessment
First responders to reliability test program related issues
Defining interface hardware specifications and performing validation and debug of new interface boards ensures that the products are compatible with various hardware and can perform optimally in different environments
Requirements
Degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of coding / programming languages such as Python / C++ is a must.
Basic understanding of CMOS technology and NAND flash device physics and design.
Proficient in tackling challenges, leveraging extensive experience in reliability testing (a strong plus)
Familiar with testing methodology and verification
Effective communication skills in written and spoken English
Good multi-tasking skills and ability to set priorities in a fast moving, dynamic environment
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams would be a strong plus
