The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor assists with coordination with processes and assignments for the distribution area overseeing a team of 20+ to ensure the delivery of consistent work products. You will execute daily activities and operational plans for the distribution area's strategies to enhance the culture of excellence and innovation across the enterprise.
In addition, you will manage day-to-day operations in a warehouse section to ensure daily targets are met or exceeded.

Additional Responsibilities Include:


-Conducts performance appraisals using various reports, summaries, and procedures as necessary to resolve problems and improve employee efficiency and warehouse operations.
-Analyzes reports and provides recommendations to the operations manager on best practices for the section.
-Coordinates processes and assignments for areas within the warehouse to achieve a balanced workload and meet daily operational metrics.
-Defines terms for conducting tasks and establishes new priorities for assignments to meet operational success.
-Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

**This is a 1st shift role: Monday-Friday-6:00am-3:00pmEST, with additional flexibility needed due to business needs**

Required Qualifications:
-Minimum 1 years experience in a distribution center or production environment

-Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

-Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork

-Bilingual, Spanish

-Lean/5S/Kaizen experience
-Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
-Working knowledge of business intelligence
-Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $93,574.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
