Mechanical Engineer Aseptic FD e FF (12-months fixed term contract)

Si occupa di collaborare con il Responsabile di Manutenzione dell’unità al fine di garantire l'efficienza operativa e la manutenzione ottimale dei nostri impianti e attrezzature.

Collabora con il team di Process Engineering, Manutenzione, Produzione per supportare il troubleshooting tecnico relativo agli equipment.

 Infine, presidia le conoscenze tecnologiche e metodologiche tipiche della disciplina e funge da interfaccia specialistica verso gli enti regolatori esterni.

In questo ruolo TU sarai responsabile della:

• Collaborare con il Responsabile di Manutenzione per pianificare e implementare strategie di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva.
• Analizzare e risolvere problemi tecnici relativi agli impianti e alle attrezzature meccaniche.
• Monitorare le prestazioni delle attrezzature e proporre miglioramenti per aumentare l'efficienza e ridurre i tempi di inattività.
• Coordinare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione eseguite dal personale interno ed esterno.
• Assicurare che tutte le operazioni di manutenzione siano conformi alle normative di sicurezza e agli standard aziendali.
• Redigere report tecnici e documentazione relativa agli interventi di manutenzione.
• Partecipare a progetti di miglioramento continuo e innovazione tecnologica.

Perchè TU?

Qualifiche e requisiti base:

• Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica/Chimica o disciplina correlata.
• Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile, preferibilmente in un contesto industriale o farmaceutico.
• Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi meccanici e delle tecniche di manutenzione.
• Capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente con diverse funzioni aziendali.
• Ottime capacità di problem solving e di gestione del tempo.
• Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard di qualità.
• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

Qualifiche e requisiti preferenziali:

• Conoscenza delle tecniche di troubleshooting e problem solving
• Esperienza con gestione di team di lavoro interni o esterni
