WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview): 

Organize, prepare, and/or conduct (moderately complex) training, curricula, and/or educational programs for a business unit or organization.  Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate courses, programs, systems, and services to support organizational technical training system needs and ensure effectiveness and compliance.  May specialize in course delivery, instructional design, implementation, vendor selection, and needs assessments.  Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities): 

  • Act as an innovative thought partner and connector—bringing insights into national enablement strategy discussions 
  • Ability to effectively facilitate in-person or virtual events and create change through influence without authority 
  • Analyze performance data and field feedback to assess the effectiveness of enablement efforts and identify gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure enablement efforts align with strategic mission priorities  
  • Serve as a point of contact for field and department requests related to performance enablement tools and resources. 
  • Partner in the development, enhancement, and maintenance of sales and performance enablement tools, resources, and methodologies to support execution teams. 
  • Participate in and support cross-functional initiatives focused on execution effectiveness and operational excellence. 

PAY INFORMATION:

The salary range for this position is: $80,000 - $90,000

Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): 

  • Experience in sales enablement, performance improvement, and instruction or mentoring 
  • Minimum 5–7 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority  
  • Working knowledge of organizational business systems, sales processes, and performance measurement. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics to enable performance. 
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. 
  • Ability to interpret PowerBI data, identify insights, and translate findings into practical recommendations. 
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Some travel may be required.
