Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a deeply analytical skillset and will be comfortable with analytical tools, modeling, and data-based insights
This individual should know how to coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional partners, and have a strong grasp of business economics and P&Ls
A deep sense of ownership, drive, and entrepreneurship is essential
7+ years of revenue operations, analytics and / or business operations experience
Business acumen and a strong understanding of product strategy
Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities, and experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external technical and business stakeholders across diverse teams at all levels
Ability to effectively model, manipulate data and work with analytics tools turning them into insightful business recommendations to optimize strategy
Responsibilities
Partner closely with leaders across data analytics, finance, sales, marketing, and product to drive merchant acquisition, migration, and revenue through our Partner relationships
Work with internal and external partners to gather data and form an end-to-end view of merchant attachment performance
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for Merchant Attachment business reviews, determining baseline numbers and measuring effectiveness and incrementality from initiatives
Continuously monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to optimize outcomes and drive growth
Size merchant attachment sales and marketing campaign opportunities as well as addressable merchant cohorts to quantify opportunity at hand
