About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Technology Consultant with strong experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Contact Centre solutions), Power Platform, and Azure DevOps to join a fast-paced agile delivery team.

In this role, you will work closely with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to design, build, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise-grade solutions supporting contact centre and customer engagement capabilities.

You will combine strong technical development skills with solution design capability and stakeholder engagement, contributing to both delivery and ongoing optimisation of platform capabilities.

About You

You are a technically strong consultant who enjoys working across both build and design, and is comfortable switching between development, integration, and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly and where practical, outcome-driven solutions are valued over rigid processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support solutions built on Dynamics 365 CE/CCaaS and Microsoft Power Platform

  • Build and maintain integrations using Dynamics 365 plugins, APIs, and Azure-based services

  • Develop and support applications using .NET, C#, and JavaScript

  • Contribute to solution design discussions with architects and senior technical experts

  • Manage deployment pipelines and release activities using Azure DevOps

  • Support and enhance contact centre processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation and automation

  • Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide clear recommendations

  • Participate in a weekly on-call rotation supporting production environments

  • Support continuous improvement across live chat and case management capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / Contact Centre solutions)

  • Solid experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)

  • Strong development capability in:

    • .NET / C#

    • JavaScript

  • Experience building and maintaining Dynamics 365 plugins and integrations

  • Experience using Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and release management

  • Strong understanding of solution design principles in enterprise environments

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to operate effectively in agile environments with shifting priorities

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in contact centre or customer engagement platforms

  • Exposure to Azure services and cloud-native integration patterns

  • Experience working in fast-moving agile delivery environments with short sprint cycles

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation

Working Style

You will be part of a highly agile delivery environment with:

  • 2-week sprint cycles

  • Quarterly planning and re-prioritisation of team structures based on demand

  • High collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teams

  • Strong focus on delivering customer-centric solutions with flexibility and speed
