The Recruiting Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition function by managing recruitment operations, requisition processes, compliance activities, and candidate communications to ensure an efficient and compliant hiring experience. This role partners closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support end-to-end recruitment workflows.

The position is responsible for requisition management and posting, USCGI compliance coordination, candidate inquiry support, and case management through ServiceNow. Success is measured by operational accuracy, compliance adherence, timely case resolution, stakeholder satisfaction, and data integrity within recruitment systems. This role contributes to a seamless hiring process by ensuring recruitment activities are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational standards.

** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS. **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage requisition lifecycle activities within Workday ATS, including job creation support, approvals coordination, updates, and job postings to internal and external platforms.
  • Support USCGI compliance requirements by coordinating documentation, tracking required materials, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to support recruitment process workflows, ensuring clarity of requisition details, posting accuracy, and process compliance.
  • Provide operational support to Recruiters, including requisition tracking, data validation, system updates, and recruitment reporting support.
  • Serve as a point of contact for candidate inquiries, responding to process-related questions and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and resolve recruitment-related cases through ServiceNow, ensuring timely documentation, accurate case categorization, and SLA adherence.
  • Maintain data integrity within recruitment systems, ensuring accurate candidate records, requisition information, and status updates.
  • Monitor and support compliance with internal recruitment policies and governance standards.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis related to recruitment activity, requisition status, and service performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to resolve recruitment-related system or process issues.
  • Support additional projects and recruitment initiatives as assigned by management.


Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required).
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, talent acquisition support, or related administrative experience (Preferred).
  • Experience working within Workday ATS (Preferred).
  • Experience using ServiceNow or other case management platforms (Preferred).
  • Experience supporting compliance-related processes within a recruiting or HR environment (Preferred).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of recruitment lifecycle processes and requisition management (Preferred).
  • Understanding of compliance requirements related to hiring processes, including USCGI compliance support (Preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions, cases, and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines (Required).
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain data accuracy across systems (Required).
  • Ability to partner effectively with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders (Required).
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to respond professionally and promptly to candidate and stakeholder inquiries (Required).
  • Experience managing cases within ServiceNow or similar case management platforms (Preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to generate basic reports (Required).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment (Required).

Base Pay Range: $21.94 - $39.58

Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
