Department Overview

The Process Improvement Expert reports to the Receivables Team Manager and is responsible for analyzing and improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
We are looking for a high potential, passionate in improving and standardizing processes as part of Finance Operations Center (FOC) transformation initiatives. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate organizational, leadership and strong finance skills and be visible to the entire finance organization. The candidate in this role will lead various improvement initiatives in theAccounts Receivable department.


Job Description

You will:

  • Lead and participate in business improvement projects in Accounts Receivable

  • Own AR project tracker for controlled area

  • Initiate different/new ways of working, propose system solutions,

  • Track and maintain project improvements status and progress,

  • Prioritize improvement ideas to implement in a department,

  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify gaps in processes and address their business needs,

  • Cooperating with different teams in finance, supply chain and services to drive efficiencies,

  • Constantly seeking opportunities to improve processes and outcomes to meet team's goals and success metrics,

  • Promote culture of continuous improvement,

  • Be involved in Accounts Receivable activities to support the team when needed.


Basic Requirements

We expect:

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting,

  • 5-6  years of demonstrable finance experience,

  • Process Improvement experience required,

  • Process mapping and streamlining experience,

  • Understanding of financial metrics,

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills,

  • Quick learner,

  • Interested in developing new system solutions,

  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact with Finance and non-Finance staff at various levels,

  • Self starter & Team player,

  • Very good organizational and planning skills,

  • Excellent Excel skills,

  • Excellent English skills (spoken, written), candidate is able to hold project specific discussions with project team and occasionally with external parties (customer),

  • Proactive and ‘can do’ attitude with drive to challenge the status quo.
