The Senior Workfront Fusion Developer is responsible for leading the design and implementation of robust, scalable integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems. This role drives the automation strategy, establishes technical standards, and mentors junior team members to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability across integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead integration design using Workfront Fusion, APIs, and webhooks.

• Develop reusable components and automation frameworks aligned with organizational standards.

• Optimize workflows for scalability, performance, and error handling.

• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across development efforts.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align integration solutions with business needs.

• Create detailed technical documentation and contribute to process governance.

• Mentor and guide junior developers on technical and workflow topics.

• Ensure security, compliance, and proper data handling in all integrations.

• Design and develop the architecture and strategy for enterprise-level integrations.

• Acts as the main technical point of contact for clients, aligning solutions with strategic business goals.

• Defines standards, reusable frameworks, and governance for Fusion practices.

Required Experience:

• 3–5+ years of experience in API development, middleware, or enterprise automation tools.

• Strong proficiency with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML, and data transformation.

• Advanced JavaScript or equivalent scripting knowledge for data manipulation.

• Familiarity with database structures (SQL/NoSQL) and data orchestration.

• Deep understanding of Workfront Fusion architecture and custom module design.

• Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and error monitoring tools.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise system integration patterns
