The Job

As a Software Development Engineer, you’ll be part of our Smart Storage team (CRIBMASTER, VIDMAR, LISTA Brands) working in a virtual/hybrid capacity from Bangalore. You’ll:

• Design, develop, and test software applications that solve real customer problems.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards.

• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to meet business objectives.

• Participate in design and code reviews, contributing constructive feedback.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing codebases.

• Follow best practices in modern software development, including agile methodologies.

The Person

You’re excited about building robust software and growing your skills in a collaborative environment. You have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.

• Good understanding of web technologies and software design principles.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A keen interest in learning new technologies and solving complex problems.

Good to Have Skills

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks.

• Knowledge of databases (SQL) and basic database design.

• Personal or academic projects that demonstrate hands-on programming experience.

• Exposure to version control systems like Git.
