How you will make an impact:
• Lead solution delivery activities across multiple customer engagements, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget outcomes
• Provide strategic guidance to project teams, offering expert leadership on solution design, implementation challenges, and risk mitigation
• Review and approve architecture, design documentation, and test strategies to maintain consistency and excellence across projects
• Facilitate customer workshops to define technical architectures, develop solution specifications, and align scope, timelines, and budget
• Mentor global teams on best practices, industry trends, and implementation approaches for Blue Planet solutions
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate challenging delivery scenarios with clarity and confidence
• Oversee internal delivery activities, drive process improvements, and contribute to the evolution of consulting methodologies.

The must haves:
• 10+ years of experience in a functional or technical lead role within the communications or related industry (+)
• 10+ years of experience delivering or implementing large‑scale OSS or BSS projects (+)
• 7+ years in Solution Architecture roles supporting complex, global programs (+)
• 7+ years managing distributed teams and supporting professional development of team members (+)
• Hands‑on experience designing and delivering software solutions built on configurable, commercial off‑the‑shelf platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline
• Ability to travel as business needs require
