The Role

This is an opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Scheduler Kits to join Stryker’s Kit Scheduling team, supporting our case-based business across Australia.

In this role, you’ll plan and coordinate the movement of surgical kits (instrument sets), ensuring products are available, assembled and delivered on time for procedures. You’ll work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Kit Rooms, playing a key role in supporting positive patient outcomes through reliable supply.

What you’ll do

  • Schedule and coordinate surgical kits for upcoming cases

  • Ensure availability of instruments and inventory to meet demand

  • Align bookings with inventory levels and kit room capacity

  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and hospital staff

  • Identify and resolve scheduling or supply challenges quickly

  • Ensure kits are delivered complete and on time

  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams and customers

  • Contribute to process improvements across scheduling and operations

  • Follow quality, compliance and operational standards

Preferred

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, operations or scheduling

  • Exposure to ERP systems (e.g. JDE)

  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices or a case-based environment

  • Understanding of quality and compliance processes
