We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

What do you do in a day?
This position performs general brokerage tasks for the Export of International packages
Contact customers, if necessary, to obtain the information to proceed with the release of the goods with Customs.

What do we expect from you?
Brokerage Certification - preferred
Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) – preferred
12th year course - preferred
Fluent in Portuguese language
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
