We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

What do you do in a day?

• This position performs general brokerage tasks for the Export of International packages

• Contact customers, if necessary, to obtain the information to proceed with the release of the goods with Customs.

• Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role

What do we expect from you?

• Brokerage Certification - preferred

• Intermediate level (B1) of the English language (written and spoken) – preferred

• 12th year course - preferred

• Fluent in Portuguese language

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Results orientation

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday 16h30 - 20h30
