Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Managing Users: Adding, deleting, and editing user accounts within the Clarity platform Data Management: Organizing and storing information within the Clarity platform. Reporting and Analytics: Running, scheduling, and sharing reports to track project progress and performance. Customizations: Creating and editing custom investments and tiles. Troubleshooting: Managing application access and troubleshooting in case of access issues/ Issues in jobs running Process Management: Executing processes within Clarity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools. - Strong understanding of ITIL framework and incident management processes. - Experience with SQL queries and database management. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Familiarity with IT service management tools like ServiceNow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Portfolio Management Tools. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
